I've changed institution, how can I change the email address associated with my Careers & Enterprise Academy profile?
If you are an existing Compass/Compass+ user, you can update your personal details directly in the relevant product and it will be reflected in The Careers & Enterprise Academy.
If you are only using The Careers & Enterprise Academy, please submit a support request to academy@careersandenterprise.co.uk - we will come back to you with a resolution or escalate the query to our technical support team.
I've changed my role/management level, how can I update this information in my Careers & Enterprise Academy profile?
Log in to The Careers & Enterprise Academy, then go to Profile settings, next to your name, at the top right-hand corner of the screen. There is an option in your Profile to add a preferred name for certificates.
How can I change the information about me that has been automatically added to my Profile?
Some information about you and your institution has been pulled through from your original registration on Compass/Compass+. You can update your roles and management level from your Profile settings but will need to update other personal details on Compass/Compass+. Changes you make there will be reflected on The Careers & Enterprise Academy.
